Weak searches start with fuzzy intake calls. This prompt distils hiring-manager notes into a precise search profile — must separated from nice, exclusions explicit, ready to feed the boolean builder.

Deliver:
1. Role brief: title variants (DE + EN), level, team context, salary band (if mentioned).
2. MUST criteria (max 5 — if more, push back) vs. NICE criteria, each with a 1-sentence justification from the notes.
3. Explicit exclusions and typical mis-hire profiles.
4. Contradictions and gaps in the notes as questions back to the hiring manager (max 5, prioritised).
5. Base search terms for the boolean string (synonyms DE/EN).

How to run it

  1. Paste the intake notes raw — don't pre-sort them
  2. Resolve the questions with the hiring manager BEFORE the search starts
  3. Feed the search terms into the boolean builder workflow
