Arc: sourcing pipeline

Sourcing lives on repeatability: the same searches, the same talent pools, every week. This workflow organises active sourcing in Arc spaces (saved boolean searches, candidate boards, follow-ups) without a single automation tool.

Prompt
Setup for your Arc browser (one-time):

1. Create a space "Sourcing: [role]".
2. Pin as tabs: LinkedIn people search with your saved boolean string (see the boolean builder workflow), the Recruiter project view, your ATS.
3. Create a second space "Talent pool: warm": profiles that responded, one tab per candidate in active conversation.
4. Weekly routine: on Mondays update the boolean search in the Recruiter project view (activity filter "Active on LinkedIn" → "Past week". This filter only exists in Recruiter/Sales Navigator, not in the free people search), review new hits, send max 10 personalised requests MANUALLY, move replies into the warm space.
How to use this prompt
  1. Open Arc and start a new task.
  2. Hit “Copy” above and paste the text in.
  3. Replace every [square bracket] with your real details before you send.
  4. Check the result. If it is too generic, just tell it what to change, e.g. “shorter, with one concrete number” or “give me variant 2 in my voice”.

The workflow around it

  1. Create both spaces and pin boolean searches as tabs
  2. Block the weekly routine in your calendar (60–90 min)
  3. After 4 weeks: compare reply rates per outreach variant
Safety note

Low risk: this is pure browser organisation of native LinkedIn features. The 10-requests-per-week cap is deliberately conservative: quality beats volume, and you stay well below typical limits.
