Follow-up sequence planner

Most deals die not on a no but on silence — and most follow-ups give no reason to reply. This prompt plans three follow-ups that each add NEW value instead of reminding.

Prompt
You are an SDR coach. Plan my follow-up sequence after no reply.

First message (sent): [paste]
My offer: [1 sentence]
What I know about the person: [profile points, posts, company news]

Task:
1. Plan 3 follow-ups with spacing (day 4, day 10, day 20) — each with a DIFFERENT value anchor: (a) relevant insight, (b) concrete mini-case or number, (c) clean close ("closing the loop") with an open door.
2. Each message max 50 words, no "just following up", no guilt framing ("you didn't reply").
3. Define the stop: after message 3 it ends — what would be the only legitimate reason to write again later?

How to run it

  1. Paste the first message + context
  2. Schedule the 3 follow-ups (calendar/CRM, not automation)
  3. After the sequence: compare reply rates per value anchor
Safety note

Uncritical when sent manually via your calendar. Automated sending through third-party tools is the ToS grey area — if you use a tool, pick one with conservative limits (see the ranking).
